1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using The Underground Arcade's facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Age Requirement: The Underground Arcade is intended for use by individuals aged 17 and above. Individuals under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to access our facilities. Our NDIS Services are strictly for ages 17 and above.

3. Use of Facilities: The Underground Arcade provides access to gaming equipment, including but not limited to consoles, arcade machines, and tabletop gaming materials. Users must follow all posted rules and instructions while using our facilities. Whilst using some gaming devices users may have access to exterior websites or other gaming communities. The Underground Arcade accepts no liability for content accessed or received from parties exterior to our governance.

4. Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to treat staff and other patrons with respect and courtesy at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.

5. Liability: The Underground Arcade is not liable for any exterior web content, injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our facilities. Users are responsible for their own actions and belongings while on our premises.

6. Privacy Policy: The Underground Arcade may collect personal information from users for the purpose of providing services and improving our facilities. This information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to The Underground Arcade, including but not limited to logos, branding, and gaming content, are owned by The Underground Arcade. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Modification of Terms: The Underground Arcade reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these terms regularly for any changes.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
